What Jeb should eat.

Jeb, the governor of Florida (in case you do not know) should shut up and eat urinal mints. Why would I make such a statement? Good question.

Last November, the State Constitution was changed to allow 2 counties in FL (Dade and Broward) to hold local elections to decide if Vegas style slot machines should be allowed at horse racing tracks. The measure passed, barely, largely due to heavy support in Dade and Broward Counties. The redneck parts of FL did not want it, because somehow it will ruin the family friendly tourist reputation of the state. For those who do not live here, there is nothing family friendly about Dade or Broward Counties. In Miami, the popular areas all involve night clubs, drinking, drugs, and the like. Families do not go to South Beach nightclubs.

Anyway, in the second election Broward County voters said yes to slot machines. This is where the assmunch governor showed his true colors.

Jeb never wanted the slots. The holy religious right wing, who he views as his ticket to the 2008 presidency, made a big stink about it. Oddly enough, the redneck parts of FL would never vote to get rid of alcohol, even if people do abuse it. But the fact that some people might become addictive gamblers bothers them. Go figure.

Now regardless of how you personally feel about slot machines (I like video poker, but that's about it) THE PEOPLE VOTED AND SAID YES! But to Jeb, that does not matter. He had some cronies in the State House Of representatives draft a proposal that would set such crazy regulations that the slots would never have a chance. In doing this he is saying "I do not care what the people voted for, I know better than they do what is good for them". Dictators do this shit. Despots do this shit. Nazis do this kind of shit.

So America - these are the facts. If you keep electing politicians who will not do what the people want, you will end up with a dictator. Don't think this can happen in America? Well then just remember this - Hitler was democratically elected. Once in power he did away with elections, set up the secret police, brainwashed the youth, and started a terrible world war.

I am not saying that any elected official is anything like Hitler. Anyone who really thinks that is crazy. Get real for a second please. I AM saying that allowing politicians to thwart the will of the voters with legislation is VERY DANGEROUS. Even if George or his brother Jeb are not full fledged nazis (they are more like Franco really), who knows what turd will float up in 15 or 20 years. People that are sitting back, not paying attention, going along with it, and not getting upset ARE PAVING THE ROAD FOR THE NEXT HITLER TO TAKE OVER! Like I said, it will not be in the next election, nor in the election after the next election. That is too soon. But 25 years down the road? Maybe.

And once it happens, it will be too late to do anything. The secret police will be in place, the youth will be brainwashed, your neighbors will be spies, and your ass will be in jail.
